Q&A:

Why doesn’t it work for my gopro?

• Generally, the default resolution of gopro is 1080P120HZ or 4k60HZ. Please adjust and set the resolution output on gopro.

Why does it only display resolutions up to 1440×1080 instead of 1920×1080?

• Please check whether your computer monitor supports 1920×1080. If your computer does not support 1920×11080, you can only capture 1440×1080 or less video.

Why is there noise in the captured video?

• Before re-recording the video, check and correctly set up the computer’s audio.
