Q: What do you declare to the customs?

A: We normally declare the package as "Gift" or "Other items" to customs with lower price on the invoice/bill to help avoid tariffs, but we are not sure if this could help you. If you have any request about declaration, please leave us a message in the order before shipment.

Q: Do I need to cooperate with customs to clear my package?

A: Normally, you do not need to worry about this, but you should know that the buyer is obliged to cooperate with the customs to clear the imported package. If the parcel fails to be delivered or the parcel is returned due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance in time, the buyer shall bear full responsibility.

Q: Do I need to pay customs tariffs?

A: This is dependent on the customs policy in your country, you may be levied taxes by your customs for something you purchased online. Customs clearance is especially strict in Brazil, Israel, Ukraine, Mexico and Chile.

• 12 months manufacture’s limited warranty for defective products (Excluding man-made damage to the product/misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty and defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period.

• If you want to return the defective product to us, please first contact us and send us the picture or video of the defective product, we’ll discuss the method to solve this problem with you. (The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.)

• WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! As the AliExpress needs 6-12 hours for payment verification, therefore, we will ship the parcel out within 48 hours after the payment cleared. (All orders will be processed timely after the payment verification.)

• Physical address is necessary, we can only ship the parcel to confirmed shipping address, therefore your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address. (Do not leave us your PO BOX address, as we can’t deliver the parcel to it.)

• Do not authorize the shipping company to leave your package at your door at any circumstances, because this often causes packages lost.

• Transport time may vary, particularly during the holiday season, but it is mainly dependent on the logistics method you choose, we strongly recommend that you choose a logistics method which can offer you with whole tracking information, so that the transport process will be safer and more accurate, such as "AliExpress Standard Shipping" or "CaiNiao Standard Shipping for Special Goods".

• When the tracking information shows "Parcel arrives in destination country", the logistics company or your local post office maybe make a call to ask buyer to sign it, please don’t missed. If the package is not processed within the specified time, they will return or destroy it, this is very important.
